Who we are

Telltale Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, is responsible for your information. You can contact us at joe.gooderham@telltalesystems.co.uk.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list we keep your name, your email address, whether you're a landlord, letting agent, homeowner or plumber, the number of properties if you tell us, how you found us (for example, from the QR code on our car), and the date you joined.

Why we use it

We use it to email you about Telltale, to invite you to try it or give feedback, and to understand who is interested. We don't sell it or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Our legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or by emailing us.

Where it's kept

Your details are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and in our Microsoft 365 business email. Both protect data with safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or two years after we last contacted you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop using it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This page doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits in a way that doesn't identify you.
